背景介绍
Usage:
1. After the primary antibody reaction, wash the slides with washing buffer. Apply component A from this product to the slides. React for 10-20 minutes at room temperature.
2. After the reaction, wash the slides with washing buffer. Apply component B from this product to the slides. React for 10-20 minutes at room temperature.
3. Wash and develop the signal by adding substrate.

使用方法：
1. 一抗反应结束后，用洗涤液洗涤，向切片上滴加本产品中的A组份，室温反应10-20分钟；
2. 反应结束后用洗涤液洗涤，向切片上滴加本产品中的B组份，室温反应10-20分钟；
3. 反应结束后用洗涤液洗涤即可加底物显色。
